We’ll talk about your current turnover and profit, your business aspirations, your staff, your operational and accounts systems, and whether you make use of management accounts or key performance indicators. I also like to find out more about who the owners of the business are and determine whether the business structure in place is the most suitable from a tax efficiency and growth perspective.
After the initial consultation, I will prepare a customised quote where I will ask for the latest set of accounts and, where possible, a link to your existing accounts system. This allows me to provide you with a realistic quote, rather than including a contingency fee for unknown factors.
Confidentiality between you and Lothian Accounting exists for any information that you provide to me. If you decide not take up my quote, I will discard any information you have provided to me.
